Who we are

This website is run by Sebastian Wild, trading as SENaudio, in the United Kingdom. Sebastian is responsible for your personal data. Contact: seb@senaudio.com

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, your email address, whether you are a parent/carer, teacher/SENCO or other, and whether you're interested in the SENaudio headband. We do not ask for any information about children or young people on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to tell you about the SENaudio beta, the app launch and the SENaudio headband. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who can see it

We never sell or share your details. They are stored by IONOS, which hosts this website and its form, and by Google Workspace, which provides our email. These companies process data on our behalf, and may store it outside the UK with appropriate UK safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, and for no longer than 12 months after our last email to you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing seb@senaudio.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
